The simplest form of making money online: Adsense!

Google AdSense is a relatively easy way for small and large web site
owners to generate revenue by displaying ads relevant to their site
content using JavaScript. Google Adsense provides you with a number of
ad formats - image or text based. Adsense is very easy to implement,
you chose your preferences, and JavaScript is then generated, you copy
and paste your source code where you would like, the Google AdSense ad
to be displayed.
You can use the same JavaScript on any of your websites or blogs.

Even though there are many processes that go on behind the scenes,
the delivery of AdSense ads is very quick - and in my opinion, very
accurate; although it can take a little while for Google to get the
"gist" of the page.
Each time the page is viewed, you receive a percentage of the amount
paid by advertisers for each click on an ad. Unlike other networks,
Google doesn't state what that percentage is, and I speculate it
varies, but it does appear to be a generous share per Adsense ad.
AdSense works by instantaneously auctioning off the available
advertising spaces on a site to various advertising companies.

Go ahead to Google.com and sign up for their Adsense program.
It is right there under “advertising programs” on the main page.
Take your time and look around a bit.
If you have not already started your Wordpress blog, then you
can go to Blogger.com and start a free blog there. (Wordpress is
more versatile, so prepare to move to that eventually). Whatever
topic you choose to write about on your blog, the ads that you
are going to place will act like a chameleon and those ads will
match that subject. (Thus (“Google AdSense”)

Start With Blogging!

Blogger.com is one of the most popular blogging software programs
available. There are two main reasons for Blogger.com's popularity.
First, it's been around longer than just about any other blogging
software, so bloggers are very familiar with it. Second, it's
completely free and easy to use. Since Google purchased Blogger.com,
the features and tools available to users continue to grow.

Blogs, short for web-logs, are a form of online journal.
You can use blogs for everything from updating your friends and family
about your life, giving your own advice column, discussing your political
views, or relating your experience in a topic of interest. Also blogs are
a great means to advertise and earn.

Although there are fancier blog tools out there, the mixture of cost
(free) and flexibility makes Blogger one of the best deals around.Blogger
will also host your blog for free.

WordPress.org is another blogger that is highly used today!
WordPress is exceedingly easy to use. It is simple enough for an average
user, but has enough features to suit a business. And all of those
features are easy to access and use. You do not have to know HTML to post
an attractive blog with WordPress; you also do not have to know how to
submit your blog to search engines. WordPress routinely submits your blog
to Google’s blog directory.
These are 2 great bloggers that can be used by newbies or pro.

FTP...A Great Way To Move Files!

FTP Client, what is it? It is a necessity in learning the basics of online
marketing. File Transfer Protocol FTP is a standard network protocol used
to copy a file from one host to another or from your computer to the host
computer over a TCP/IP-based network, such as the Internet.FTP dates back
decades, and is completely free. I personally like to use "Komposer" but
there are many others that are available and at no-cost.

Kompozer is really my favorite since it has a complete web authoring
system. Kompozer combines an easy to use web page editor with a simple
file management system. It allows novices to be able to create web
pages quickly and with ease, without having to learn any complicated
HTML coding. but there are many limitations. KompoZer is an open-source
project so the software is free for users. Just download and install.

FileZilla is another of my favorite FTP applications for transfering
files.FileZilla has a straightforward interface which offers translation
in most of the worlds major languages and has multiple secure connection
options to insure that you can move files around without concern. Filezilla
takes only 50MB of memory and is clearly is one of the best tools around.
Also free to download and install.

Getting Your Own Website!

Welcome back to my Internet Marketing Newsletter!

We, quite often have been told that we do not need a website, my newsletter
will tell you otherwise and I totally agree. We do need a website for many reasons. The most important of which is self branding. Building a site for me was very challenging and I am sure many of you will find that also and may ask yourself if it is worth it. My answer is "YES". You not only brand yourself you will be able to build leads for your business and do a little selling of your own products or services or do reselling for others. A website can be another great source for extra income.

The next thing you will need is hosting. There are many great hosting companies out there, check around, you can find good hosting for just a few dollars a month, it is certainly well worth it. I like "1&1", it has been working very well for me. You can google hosting to find one what fits you and your budget. Just be sure you read the terms and policies, be sure it is what you are looking for and do not overpay for hosting. I have found it isn't always about the cost but the service and content.

Before looking for hosting you will need a Domain Name for your website. A domain name is alsoa branding tool and helps to get us noticed. I always try to find a domain name that is broad in scope...Here again there are many places out there where you can find a domain. I like "GoDaddy" as it is one of the better ones and very reasonably priced. Here too shop around to purchase your domain name.
